Linux Hosting

Most shared web servers are Linux based due to the high performance and relative low cost of Linux hosting compared to Windows .NET hosting. If you don't use ASP scripting or Access or SequelServer databases on your web site then Linux hosting is for you. Put another way, if you don't know you need Windows hosting then you almost certainly don't!
